How much does HavenHOA cost?

HavenHOA is free to use. We take a 1.5% platform fee on all dues and payment volume processed through the platform — that's it. No monthly subscription, no per-resident charges, no setup fees. If your community collects $10,000/month in dues, the platform fee is $150.

How does the Stripe integration process payments?

HavenHOA hooks directly into your neighborhood Stripe account. When residents pay dues via credit card, Apple Pay, or ACH, the transaction is processed directly into your bank. Stripe handles the PCI compliance.

How does the QuickBooks Online sync work?

As transactions are recorded on the HavenHOA general ledger, our bridge syncs journal entries automatically. Outstanding resident balances are updated, bank statement lines match dues payments, and financial reports update in real-time on QuickBooks.

How do you track online election ballots?

Many HOAs use online election ballots. We track and audit voters by confirming exactly one vote per property address, and log proxy assignment forms with IP addresses and timestamps.

Can we migrate from old spreadsheets or management platforms?

Absolutely. We support importing user logs, property lots, general ledger account codes, and vendor history via CSV/Excel spreadsheets. Our onboarding specialists will help you migrate in less than 48 hours.

What happens to our data if we cancel?
