Built for HOA boards tired of spreadsheets.
HavenHOA started with a simple frustration. Our founder belongs to two homeowners associations in Georgia and watched volunteer boards try to run real communities out of spreadsheets, group texts, checks, and Venmo — losing hours every month and every bit of institutional knowledge each time the board turned over.
There was plenty of software out there — but it charged $300 to $800 a month, locked the useful features behind tiers, billed per resident, and still expected a volunteer treasurer to reconcile everything by hand. For a self-managed neighborhood, none of it made sense.
So we built the platform we wished existed: online dues collection, real double-entry accounting with QuickBooks sync, digital elections, violation tracking, documents, a resident portal, and an AI copilot — free to use, with a 1.5% fee on every dues payment recorded in HavenHOA. A board should be able to sign up in the morning and be collecting dues by the afternoon.
We're based in Utah and building deliberately, working hand-in-hand with our first communities. When you email us, a real person who knows the product answers — often the person who built the feature you're asking about.
We only win when you do
There's no subscription and no setup fee. We earn a flat 1.5% on every dues payment recorded in HavenHOA, regardless of how it was collected, and you still get every feature.
Payments route through Stripe
Dues are collected through your HOA's connected Stripe account, with deposits directed to your community's connected bank account after applicable fees.
